Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by executing targeted prospecting strategies through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media.Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive prospecting calls to identify and cultivate potential leads.
- Introduce software to decision-makers across the United States.
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to schedule and organize product demonstrations.
- Articulate the unique value proposition and demonstrate how it impacts customers and clients.
- Establish and nurture new relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with AEs to convert appointments into successful deals.
- Benefit from the valuable support and insights provided by AEs, your direct manager, and peers.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your prospecting skills and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a B2B software sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate the value and bring out the pain in their current process and show them what they are missing
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work closely with AEs and other team members.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Pay Structure:
- USD 1000-1200/month base pay and USD 300 variable
- USD 1300-1500 /month On Target Earnings (OTE)
