Brad has been in high-growth software businesses for nearly 25 years. As an executive, Brad has been fortunate to build and run operational, product, and revenue teams. Over the last few years, Brad has built a recruitment and staffing strategy that was too uniquely successful to keep to himself. Brad loves building spreadsheets and measuring everything, including stats for his kid’s sporting events.
Kalisa
Co-founder & COO
Kalisa earned her master's degree in public administration and has been involved behind the scenes at every company Brad has helped build. She is passionate about helping people and channels that passion into Enzo, where she makes both a local and a global impact. Kalisa is meticulous, ensuring everything is in its place and working smoothly. She is highly dedicated, which often manifests through her rigorous Spartan training.

Justin is a proven sales performer. He has worked in sales for some of the biggest companies in his home country and has always risen to the top. Justin works with clients to not only find top talent but to onboard, train, and coach that talent. Meaning he is an invaluable asset when hiring new employees. Justin is fascinated by US politics but keeps his allegiance to his home region by playing cricket and snooker.

Rafa is a problem solver, resulting in performance sales development. He isn’t afraid to jump on the phone and talk to people. He naturally builds rapport and asks questions to understand what is happening on an in-depth level. Rafa is a family man, always looking for ways to create a memorable experience for his family.
