FRONT-END SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Role ID : 1047    27-Oct-2025

Access is seeking talented Frontend Software Engineers who are passionate about building intuitive, high-performance applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. While our primary focus is the Node/React ecosystem, we also maintain applications built with Svelte.

As a Frontend Engineer at Access, you’ll play a key role in designing, architecting, and developing scalable applications used by millions of end users. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS, with GitHub ActionsCodePipeline, and CodeDeploy powering our CI/CD workflows. We collaborate through Slack and manage work in JIRA.

Access Development is one of the Wasatch Front’s best-kept software secrets. We use the OKR methodology to guide our goals and believe that great ideas can come from anyone on the team. Every project starts with thorough product validation — through user testing, customer interviews, and risk assessments — to ensure we’re building the right solutions before writing a single line of code.
